Below are some of our policies here at Hidonia Signs & Graphics. If there are questions not answered here please feel free to contact us thru our contact page.

Ordering Procedures

Most orders available on this site are custom so our policy for custom orders is as follows:

1. All project require a down payment or payment in full depending on what is noted with the item.

2. All projects require a 'proof' giving you, the customer, a faithful example of what your purchase item will look like.

3. All projects must be signed off on and have customers approval before beginning processing the order.

4. Once the order is signed off on, full payment is due including shipping.

5. Once the project is finished and ready for shipment the client will be notified of it's being shipped and the approximate arrival time.

Shipping Policies

Shipping is calculated per project and is added to the purchase amount. We will ship standard ground unless specified differently by the client. Any upgrades to the shipping that increases the cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the client to cover before any items are shipped.
